Complete with lamb, steak, fresh prawns and oysters, and salmon.

Happy 2011!

First post for the year.

It's been a while since I blogged.

2010 had been a alright year for me.

A year where I learnt to live on my own and experience a different culture.

Life in Aus is different from home but it's still good.

Goal for this year, to do better in my studies.

On another note, some pretty upsetting thing had happen since the year started .

Was blamed and hated for no reason, for doing nothing at all.

The saddest part is, all these happened just because i tried to be nice.

Then again, I wouldn't know the real reason for why this happened

Well I guess i shall start my year by learning a couple of lesson from this.

Chic Nail Spa (bangsar Village)

Time for a manicure after a couple of months is Melb.

Went to try out Chic Nail Spa in BV2.

Anyway it's a nail saloon opened by local celebrity Soong Ai Ling.

Have always wanted to try it out.

I absolutely love the design of that place. Even down to the little tiny details and deco. Everything in there is chic.

Though the pricing is a lil more than other places. It's worth it and would definitely go back there.

Not much pics of the place. Maybe the next round I go I'll take more.

They even have little baskets for you to put your accessories.

Plus, you can choose from a whole range of hand lotion with different smell.

Mine was chamomile and wild flower (i think), but it smelt so good.

Back in business!

Time has been passing too quickly. Without realizing it's the end of one semester already.

Things have been pretty good though I'm away from home. But nonetheless, I still feel homesick.

Learning new things and discovering new places.

One aim before I leave Melbourne would be to visit as many places as I can and possibly be as jakun as I can and do all the touristy stuff.

My first trip out of Melbourne.

Lakes Entrance, Gippsland.

It's a pretty amazing and different experience.

It is unlike the typical vacation that I always go for. Even when travelling overseas this wouldn't be something that I would have thought of doing.

Main priority and attraction for this trip: crabbing and fishing!

The views and sceneries are truly breathtaking. Shall let the pictures do the talking.

Our bait for catching crabs. Chicken Carcass.

After 2 hours only caught one! This was an unusual thing. Usually they would catch at least 50-60.

Later on we found out about the earthquake in NZ. And that explains the lack of crabs that day. It was the same stretch of sea that cause the earthquake. We felt heatwave and a lil bit of the quake but didn't really bothered.

Went to the pier and finally got some.

Pelicans are super aggressive creatures I tell you, they literally fight for food. We fed them with our chicken carcass.

On the way home, at a winery.

Even the view here is amazing.

Still yet to drink it. hehehe.

Till then =)

Need to get back to the books and after that, back to KL!

Updates from the land downunder.

Haven't had the mood to blog for some reason.

Anyway things are going well here.

Uni and classes are good. Assignments which comes and goes.

One thing I'm thankful is that assignments here all have very spread out due date.

Not sure if so happen the subjects I took are that way or it's generally like that.

Time is passing so fast. It's only been a month plus and it feels like I've been here for very long.

Also, finals are in a months time.

Sometime in the beginning of the month.

Dandenong for Ms Marples.

Thanks to fimy who drove us there =)

Walking around while waiting for our seat in Ms Marples.

Unique candies at the candy store.

Geppetto's toy shop where they sold some really cool toys and super nice puppets.

The oh so famous Miss Marples Tea Room where we waited almost 2 hours for a table.

But it was definitely worth the wait.

No matter what time you go you'll have to wait. And we were lucky to have just waited for 2 hours cause the waiting list can go up to 4 hours at times.

By the time we got the table we were starving!

All the food there were super good. Including the soup and scones!

Greetings from Aussie!

The beginning of a brand new adventure.

Certainly a new and challenging experience.

Just a small update on what has been going on here.

Everything's been going good so far.
The Uni's campus is huge and it definitely has the uni life feel.

Lecture theater are 3 times the size of HELP's. But nonetheless I do miss HELP is certain ways. After being there for 2 years I've grown to like it and I miss seeing the familiar faces. Well It's one of those pros and cons situations.

But anyways I'm liking it here so far.

Besides that, currently doing any freelance jobs that I can find to fill up my time.

Where I MIA-ed to over the weekend.

Was working for Celcom's Flashmob in KL and Penang.

A super super tiring trip,

which i think in the end we were underpaid for all the hassle and trouble we go through

though the job was easy.

But I do have to admit that it was kinda fun and I did enjoy it (that's when we are working and not waiting for people or travelling).

It was nice to see people's expressions when the bears and people started dancing, and how excited all the kids were.

Definitely a different kind of experience.

The Completion of my Shopaholic series.

Only paid RM13 for both thanks to the RM40 voucher from HELP.

I must say I quite enjoy this series of stories.

If you're a total Chic flick kinda girl. It's brilliant.

Can't wait for finals to be over to read them.

Next target would be 'The Last Song' by Nicholas Sparks.

For some reason when I'm stressed I want to shop and buy things impulsively.

But I sure didn't regret my new pair of Zara heels.

Loved it from the first glance.

Now I'm thinking of the Zara skirt. Which I will go pick it up soon. Hopefully they still have my size.

Finals is in less than a week and there's not enough time to finish studying.

At the same time there's so much going on.

Can't afford to screw up anything this sem. If not then it's bye bye Aussie i think.

But I hope non of that's gonna happen.

Statistics is killing me. Haven't been so afraid of an exam before.

Not knowing what to expect is seriously scary.

All that we can do is to know as much as we can, but even so, we don't know if knowing all that is enough.

But what we can, is to embrace what we have, learn from it and make the fullest out of it.

Turn things that you dislike into something meaningful and soon it'll be a happy thing.

I guess every chapter in life is to help us learn something about ourselves and grow from there.

Midterms were so so.

All in all, quite satisfied with what i've achieved so far this semester.

After that is just to pray and hope for the best.

Uni is pretty much a bitch these day.

5 days of classes.

What's worse than that is that I have to see the most annoying lecturer of all time twice a week.

I have pretty nothing much to do these days.

Hence the lack of updates and recent pictures.

CNY's coming up and honestly not really looking forward to it.

It just gets more boring as the years goes by.

Our family tradition is changing, maybe that's why.

Nothing to do and nowhere to go.

Even so, the weather is a killer.

And plus, I have classes.

It was the first and it definitely won't be the last.

It's always a great time with these guys.

I now have a sudden urge of shopping and splurging.

CNY shopping, just another reason to shop and get new things.

Hello peeps,

Yes I've been disappeared for a loong time and now it's time to get back to the blogging world.

The year has been great so far.

I had a great new years.

Great time in Singapore.

Great time with my friends in KL.

By far there hasn't been much down moments.

Lastly classes is now resumed.

Siloso Beach Party, Sentosa Island.

8pm-6am.

By far the best party I've been to.

5 main stages in one location.

Good songs, nice environment, lots of food(if you're willing to spend).

Definitely worth going back, but only the next time we'll be more prepared.

If it's the first time, always remember to bring extra clothing then you won't miss out the fun.

and go early to book a spot at one of those huts by the beach.

But I"m working this weekend for my dad.

Will working on the 18, 19 & 20th. From 10am to 10pm.

My legs are going to be so sore from that.

Fund Raising for the victims of recent disasters in South East Asia.

I'm organizing the fund raising with my youth group for the whole month of November.

Hello World!

I am now twenteen.

If only there were such a thing.

If only we can be a teen forever.

But sadly not.

But anyway I had a great birthday.

Biggest appreciation to my boyfriend of course, for all his time and effort.

He did it once again. Never fail to surprise me in every single way.

This time, he surprised me with cake and also Douglas, Chee Wai, Josh, Charles and Andrew when the clock strike 12.

Didn't expect that at all. Thank you guys for coming.

And then I had dinner with the closest friends.

My long-time-no-see ICPU friends, so glad you all could make it.

I missed you guys so much.

Of course, friends that I've gotten close to recently.

I had 3 cakes this year. I feel so blessed.

The next day, we had our little adventure to PD to visit the camp for a day.

Yesterday was of pure fun and good company above the clouds.

We managed to enjoy the outdoor team park before it started to rain.

The weather was kinda dissapointing.

For the first time I was sweating in Genting.

I found some other way to kill time.

And watching series are a great past time.

I like going for nice lunches and catching up on movies with the one I love.

So worth it.

Holidays have been great so far.

This week was good.

Monday was dinner with che, josh and ah do.

We certainly had fun. Dinner and then driving aimless to decide a place.

Oh, and Ah Do, your car rocks. It's so Fun!

Tonight, house party at Hou Ming's after a long time.

And yum cha with my all time favourite buddies.

Thank God the electricity is back on.

Tonight I'm charging everything to make sure I have

entertainment if it goes off again.

Sorry for the lack of updates.

Uni has taken a whole lot of me and my time.

I'm so tired that nothing can attract me to go out tonight.

I'm so tired that I can't even sleep. My brain's not shutting down. haha.

From the Johor trip months ago.

Supposedly a national park with wild boars, monkeys, snakes and animals.

But all that was there are rubbish and trees

So dissapointing.

This was one of the fishing villages. We had good seafood there.

Holidays have been busy.

Got back from the Johor-Singapore trip 3 days ago.

Currently in Cameron sitting at Starbucks.

We are all dying for the Internet.

Johor-Singapore trip was good.

We visited the Orphanage, Autistic schools, Psychiatrict Ward,

and Psychology centre.

Definitely a very educational trip.

Got to learn alot and actually know better why i'm studying Psychology.

Was definitely a trip worth going.

Has been a crazy semester.

Finals were overall okay. Definitely had tried and done my best.

Happy Easter!!

Yesterday night was quite some experience.

My first road block in my driving experience and got stopped

and got tested for alcohol.

Thank goodness alcohol level was negative though i had lil before that.

If not it'll be HL.com. my.

But they did wanted to give me a ticket for not having a P sticker.

Thank goodness for the bf's bro I was not fined and

I was glad that the bf and LV was with me that time.

Or else I wouldn't know what I would and should do.

So that was my first time of a new experience.

Though we've been through alot this month, we still stayed strong.

It's 1.29 in the morning.
I'm suppose to be asleep cause class is at 8am.

Yesterday I took some time off from whatever I was doing to read my Xanga site.
Couldn't help but notice how different life was then.
A part of me really misses how it used to be,
but then again there are some things now that I've ever wished for.
There are times where I just couldn't help feeling a little lonely.
Well it is because I am so use to how it used to be.
Sometimes it's much harder than I thought it would be.
But what's for a fact is that,
I've got used to it and am still getting there.

Was back at Treehouse the other day.
It certainly brought back some memories.

Then it would be finals.

All the craziness is making me crave for weird stuff.

I also splurged unnecessarily today.

It's only the beginning and I already feel drained out.

Surprised him at 12.30am.
The cake, the present, the surprise.
It all turned out good.
He did not have a clue about it.

Dinner at TGIF.
Had to rush through dinner to get to bangsar.
But it was still a good time we had.
Then celebration at Alexis.
It was one heck of a night.

Happy Belated Birthday Dear!!
I'm glad to have been able to share this special day with you.
Though it was a small surprise, I'm so happy that you were touched by it.
Hope that you had a blast and the best birthday ever.
I certainly had fun spending the day with you.
Though I am quite broke from it all, but it doesn't matter,
Cause to me, it was worth every cent and it was money well spent.

Felt so lost after I've missed a week of college.
So much has happened that I only got to to today.
Still recovering from the sick bug that got me.
What happened in college?
My Mass Comm lecturer sort of kind of ran away. Can't contact her or whatsoever.
In a way it's good, cause she superbly horrible in teaching.
Not so good, cause she left us all hanging with our assignments.
And only found out that I had a mid-term exam 30mins before the class.
Such a champion.
But it was like only 15 MCQs, what kind of useless exam is that.

By now I'm immune to presentations.
Feeling so tired physically and mentally.
Every thing's been drained out the pass 3 weeks.
Assignments and mid terms.
Still have not got a chance to replenish my sleep that I've missed for the passed 2 weeks.

Now, I feel like doing something exciting.
Something not part of the routine.
Any ideas? cause I'm out of ideas.

Valentines day?

After 6 months I realized the reason that we were brought together.

I'm grateful to have you to help me through,

I'm gonna miss you guys.

Assignments are killing me once again.

For some reason most of the public holidays have to be on Monday this year.

Kinda lost my blogging mojo for a while there.
But I'm back.
Well last week wasn't very much of a good week.
At least things are settled and back to normal.
Love you guys.

Apart from that, got lost in KL twice last week.
Sucky. And I've come to the conclusion that KL signboards are totally hopeless.
Seriously there's no use of it at all.
They get you more lost in the end.
The second time I didn't know where I was at all.

Worked at British Council for the first time.
Only work when they need me.
Sounds a lil sad but it's good pay, so who cares.

Did have a lil fun last week as well.
Finally saw Wing and met Saf and Anwar.
Had our lovely and nice dinner at Pav.
Fimy and I got a free photoshoot. And we get to take home a pic of our choice.
(Wing we wanted you there too but you were busy with *ahem*.
I was like "where's wing?" the whole time)
Then MOS.

Karaoke with the fishies.
Sadly I don't know how to sing chinese songs. Unless by heart.
We were there 5 hours straight.
Was fun.

CNY's just a couple of days away.
Hope this year's gonna be a good one.

Nothing much has changed.
Results are out.

Resolution: At least a 3.0 gpa.

Happy 2009!

Whenever the fireworks goes off on new years eve I'll start reminiscing about the year that has passed.
As for 2008, it passed through in a blink of an eye.
Started yet another chapter of life. Gained new experiences and memories that are worth a lifetime. Been through ups and downs. Losing and gaining some things that mean a lot to me.
Last year was probably a year that wasn't that good, still there were really good times that I wish to go back to.
The year didn't start that well, people started leaving one by one.
Things certainly weren't the same after they left.
Started working part-time for 4 months. It was quite a dreadful job but it did gain quite a number of experience from it.
Started uni. Wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. In terms of making friends and studies.
Things were really different and I needed time to get use to it.
Having them back for winter break was one of the best times I had in 2008.

Not forgetting the best thing that happen was being able to meet the one very special person.
08-08-08.
Am very glad to have him in my life. After a very long while it was good to have finally found someone.
Memories that we had in 2008 was amazing. Every moment we spent together was worth cherishing.
Never fails to surprise me with the things he does for me.
Sometimes things get through our way but we got through it together.
But until now I'm still learning to juggle time for everything.

Well in the midst of all these there were misunderstandings, conflicts and drama with some people around me.
It caused me to lose some things and a lot of changes.
To me, I always think that there's a price to pay for everything,
and we can never have the best of both worlds.
In order to gain something, there's certain things that we have to give up.

Besides meeting that special person, honestly 2008 wasn't that much of a good year.
Really hope that this year would be a much better one.
Hoping for the best, if not, hoping to try to make the best out of it.

Christmas was alright.
Christmas eve.
Dinner at the boyfriend's house. Turkey and lots of food.
Church. Island cafe. Genting

Christmas day.

Visiting the newest member of the family.

Barbeque dinner thingy at Tommy's .
Good to see them again.
Vic looked to burned. haha..
The year is coming to an end in less than 24 hours.
Results are going to be out in a matter of hours.
What a dreadful way to end the year.
Crossing fingers for the best of it.

Things have been pretty crazy.
Just got back from Penang.
Had dinner over at Cherish's with the fish family.

Dinner was good.
Food was really nice.
Played guitar hero almost all night.

Penang was fun too.
Beach. Town. Sunset Bistro. Gurney.Feringgi night market.
They slept almost all morning.
Chilled at Sunset Bistro for 2 nights.
That place is absolutely awesome. Right by the beach.

The last night was a blast.
Bumped into Joel and the rest at Gurney Drive.
Then met up at Sunset Bistro for drinking session.
Chilling. Drinking. Hanging out by the beach. Star gazing.
So glad to have met up with them.

Well Christmas Eve is tomorrow.
For some reason I don't really have the Christmas mood this year.
I'm pretty sure it'll kick in just in time.

More plans coming up.
And I need sleep.

Didn't manage to take much pics during the trip.
But i'll put it up soon. When I have the time.

Exams are finally over!
Penang vacation next.
And then my favourite time of the year, Christmas.

Still lots of shopping to do.
Have not even started buying any presents.
Well I've got exactly 2 days to do it all.
Meeting up with the fish family was good.
This time was La Bodega and Mamak.
Really missed all of them.

They left for youth camp. Sadly I'm left behind =(

So physically drained right now. Slept for so many hours but no improvement.
Was helping out for Julius's brothers' wedding the whole of Saturday.
The day started non-stop from 7am until 1am.
Was in heels the whole day. My feet's so sore from it.

6 riders. 3 5series. 8 3series. 1 6series. 1 brabus. 1 porsche. 1 accord.
Might have missed out a few.
But the sight of this was amazing.

The torture that they had to go through.
Poor guys...

Yet another month has passed.
Appreciating everything, embracing every moment.

Things have been crazy the whole week.

Not sure if it's me or just that some things doesn't seems to be quite right.

Friday night was dinner and catch up session with cpu gang. Wish the rest of them could have been there too. Though it was the few of us but it was a good time catching up on each others life.
Really miss hanging out with them but life goes on. We're all so busy with our own life.
And things changes as well as time passes.
Anyhow sometimes I do wish to have the old times again.

Sometimes, just sometimes it feels so much better to be the care-free kid that we used to be.
